OUR SOLUTION

SEAL IV is an entrepreneurial organization dedicated to finding and supporting successful ventures founded, owned, or supported by military veterans. In addition SEAL IV will be the investment entity providing the resources to veterans for successful business ownership. The Seal IV mission is to structure veteran businesses for success. Seal IV provides funding for veterans who have identified a business concept they want to develop or grow. In consultation with the entrepreneur, the Seal IV team will evaluate a potential business opportunity based on market research and the extensive insight and knowledge of the Seal IV team. By assisting veterans with the evaluation or development of a business plan, along with economic modeling and financial projections, the veteran will be provided the understanding if a business proposal is viable for funding from SEAL IV.

Once funding is arranged for a veteran business the Seal IV team maintains a proactive relationship with the business as a consulting resource for the term of the funding. This continuing support includes regular meetings and financial reviews to help assure optimum business performance.

Both new ventures and established veteran business ready to expand and grow are eligible for funding from Seal IV.

Seal IV provides funding for business development and growth on both debt and equity models for two to five years in amounts ranging from $100,000 to $1.5 million. It is our hope to become the leading resource for entrepreneurial assistance within the Veteran community and to assist all qualified veterans in finding a new mission and purpose.
